One of the best trips of our lives! We were 6 adults and 4 children. From the second we arrived, we were in paradise. The villa is incredible. It's clean, spacious, welcoming and has a great layout. The views from the pool area are better than the pictures and the beach area is nice too. Our concierge made sure we had everything we needed before and during the stay which made things very easy. Above all though was the staff that was helping during our stay. We will never forget Chef Rowe and Chef Donovan's food. They cooked every meal with passion and the flavors we're the best on the island. Better than any restaurant we went to. Sheldon was the heart of the villa. Keeping drinks in our hands, making us laugh. A true service professional and friend. He's the best. Pam and the cleaning staff were amazing too. Never left anything out of place. Just an unforgettable experience. We'll be back.

Amazing family location!
We had an amazing 10 days here! There are sooo many close by beaches to see. Plenty of restaurants to go to. It’s so much more slow pace and low key than Provo. Often we had a beautiful beach to ourselves. Worth the short ferry ride! Super easy to rent a car and travel both North Cacios and Middle Cacios. The pool and house were very clean and nice. The property manager was very helpful.

Beautiful and Quiet
We had a wonderful stay in the villa. It is clean and new! We normally stay somewhere that’s beachfront but because we booked late for this last minute trip our choices were limited. Now that we’ve stayed a few blocks away, I think I appreciate the quiet as much as the beachfront views. Thank you for sharing your villa with my family.

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. Pam was great. She stocked our fridge and bar as requested. The walk to the beach was 2 minutes away and the private beach was gorgeous.

Lovely renovated Island Home

This was the perfect island home for a girls trip to Turks! Its situated in the very safe and quiet Leeward settlement area. Its a bit hard to find at first so be sure to ask for specific directions and landmarks to locate it your first time. The home was renovated, very clean and so spacious fo r the 3 of us! You will need a car in order to get around, the beaches & restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive. There is a Bose speaker for your music and washer & dryer with complimentary detergent to wash your clothes (perfect after a beach day). Beach towels were provided as well as a cooler and snorkeling equipment and beach chairs.Overall, we loved it and would def book again!

Perfect Spring Break!

Shahida, Sheldon & Chefs Rowe and Donovan provided excellent service for the week. We were 3 families, including 4 older teens and everyone fully enjoyed the vacation. Shahida helped coordinate golf, massages at the house and jet skis rental with drop off in the cove behind the house. Highly recommend Tip of the Tail!!

This home is gorgeous and has a great amount of space to spread out. The pool area left us all speechless. It's beautiful and we used it day and night, A quick walk to a gorgeous private beach. The home is about 20 minutes from town and taxi's are crazy expensive so do rent a car or at least be aware of that additional expense. The breeze in this home is magical and you will really enjoy your stay here !
