THE PELICAN COTTAGE

The Pelican Cottage is nestled in the tranquil gated community of Leeward, on the heels of the Grace Bay area and the Grace Bay Beach, which was most recently ranked as the “The Best Beach in the World!”. 

Our one bedroom cottage is a short 5 minute walk to Salt, Fire and Ice restaurant, Leeward Cafe Market, a Spa and a Convenient Store, to name a few. This charismatic island studio cottage is approximately 550 sq. ft. (450 sq. ft. indoor and 100 sq. ft. outdoor space), newly renovated and tastefully furnished with an island feel, accented with skyscraper coconut trees and singing birds. Our cottage is modern, fully equipped, and functional, offering luxurious accommodation for two adults or a family with one child (up to 3 persons).

The upscale Leeward beach and marina community is within a 5 minute drive to the Grace Bay shopping and restaurant district, with about two dozen businesses, including a large grocery store, banks, liquor store, café, phone company, and bookstore.  The Pelican Cottage is ideally situated within an 8 minute walk or a 3 minute drive to four of the most spectacular beaches in Providenciales, Pelican Beach, Grace Bay Beach, Sunset Beach and Emerald Beach. Pelican Beach being the closest is about a 5 mins walk from the cottage and is located on the eastern end of Grace Bay.
